Admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in April 2023, Saurav regularly appears before various Magistrates’ Courts in Melbourne, particularly in serious criminal and family violence matters. He also appears on behalf of clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in complex family law matters involving property settlement, children, and divorce matters. Saurav is well-versed in all aspects of criminal law proceedings. He regularly appears in mentions, contest mentions, plea hearings, Trials and diversion hearings. Saurav instructs Counsel and appears in complex trials and plea hearings in the County Court and Division 1 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
